Quick Actions on iOS make it effortless to capture your ideas the moment they strike. Whether you need to add a task, create a document, or jot down a daily note, you can do it instantly with just a couple of taps. Quick Actions menu with document, task, and daily note options
Quick Actions are available on iPhone and iPad. Access them by tapping the + button at the bottom of your screen.

Quick Add a Document

Tap the + button and select the document icon to start writing immediately. Quick Add intelligently determines whether your input becomes a title or content based on length.

Short Input (Under 20 Characters)

When you write fewer than 20 characters, Craft automatically uses it as the document title. Writing a short phrase creates a document with that title This is perfect for quick notes like “Meeting Notes” or “Shopping List” where you want to name the document first and add content later.

Long Input (Over 20 Characters)

When you write more than 20 characters, Craft places your text in the document content and prompts you to add a title. Writing a longer phrase becomes document content This is ideal when you want to capture a complete thought or idea right away without worrying about the title.
After selecting the document icon, you can choose which folder your new document will be created in. This helps keep your content organized from the start.

Quick Add a Task

Tap the + button and select the task icon to instantly create a new task. Your task will be added to your Inbox for later organization. Creating a task with Quick Actions

Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.

Type your task description in the input box.

Tap the task icon (checkbox) to create it.
Your task appears immediately in your Task Inbox, where you can later schedule it, add details, or move it to a specific document.

Quick Add to Daily Note

Tap the + button and select the calendar icon to instantly add content to today’s daily note. Adding content to today's daily note This is perfect for journaling, logging activities, or capturing thoughts that belong in your daily timeline. Your content is automatically appended to today’s daily note without needing to navigate there first.
If you haven’t created a daily note for today yet, Craft will automatically create one when you use Quick Add.
