If you haven’t received your login code via email, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Check Your Email

Verify you’re checking the correct email inbox associated with your Craft account

Look in your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Trash folders

If you use filters or rules, check if the email was routed to a different folder
The login email is sent from [email protected] with the subject line “Welcome to Craft Docs! Your Sign In Code: XXXXX”.

Wait a Few Minutes

Sometimes, email delivery may be slightly delayed depending on your email provider. Wait a few minutes and check again.

Request a New Code

Go back to the Craft login screen and re-enter your email address. You can request a new login code, which will invalidate the previous one.

Microsoft Email Addresses

For users with Outlook, Hotmail, Office365, or Live email addresses, delayed delivery is a known issue due to Microsoft’s spam prevention systems.
If you’re using a Microsoft email address:
  • Wait 15–30 minutes and check again
  • Add [email protected] to your email contacts to help ensure delivery
  • Contact Microsoft support and report the issue if the problem persists

Still Not Receiving the Code?

If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t log in:
  • Try logging in using a different device (e.g., mobile instead of desktop)
  • If possible, try using a different network (some firewalls may interfere with authentication)
