Before you can upgrade your team subscription through Craft’s website, we need to remove the App Store subscription linked to your Craft account. This ensures you can subscribe directly without conflicts.Steps to Upgrade
1. Cancel Your App Store Subscription
To avoid being charged twice, cancel your App Store subscription renewal with Apple:- Follow Apple’s cancellation guide
- If you were recently charged, you can request a refund from Apple
2. Contact Craft Support
Email our support team with the following information:- Confirm that you acknowledge and agree to the removal of your App Store subscription from your Craft account
- Include the email address associated with your Craft account (find it in Profile → Settings → My Account)

Once we receive your confirmation:You can then upgrade your team subscription via the Craft Pricing page
